Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Offer expert barbering services, including beard trims, shaves, and traditional cuts
- Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their desired look and offer styling advice
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain styling options
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and product usage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
