Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components utilizing hand tools & power tools.
- Disassemble and assemble vehicle parts accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each vehicle.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large or bulky parts or equipment during repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations clearly to clients.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and assembly techniques for vehicle repairs.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and troubleshooting methods.
