We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Living Deputy Manager at Brickyard Court our newly refurbished service in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
The role:
This is a rewarding role supporting the Service Manager where you can really make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management and smooth operation of the service in line with CQC standards.
Ensure the people we support receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Assist with staff leadership, recruitment, supervision, training and performance management.
Oversee care planning, medication management and health & safety compliance.
Manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Support quality assurance activities, audits and regulatory requirements.
Build positive relationships with the people we support, families, professionals and stakeholders.
Deputise for the Service Manager when required.
About You:
Passionate about delivering outstanding care and promoting independence.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Able to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
Computer literate with a good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and person-centred support.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experienced in a health and social care setting, ideally in a supervisory role.
Care Certificate essential.
Level 3 qualification in Social Care with willingness to study level 4 or 5 desirable.
