Youth Support & Escort Worker – Children & Young People
Full UK Manual Licence & Right to Work in the UK Required

The Role
This physically and emotionally demanding role involves both escorting and supporting children and young people, working on pre-planned and emergency response tasks in a range of different challenging settings with different working hours and arrangements and supporting different children and young people. Flexibility is essential.
**Please note that tasks are nationwide, and some involve staying away from home for 3-4 days at a time**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in residential, including secure, settings meeting individual support needs and managing challenging behaviours
- Escorting children and young people to placements, courts, and medical appointments etc nationwide
- Working collaboratively within a team and with other stakeholders
You Will Need:
- Full UK manual driving licence and a good driving record
- The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Flexibility, resilience, strong communication and teamwork skills
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure (application support provided if needed)
