FABER in HAMMERSMITH is looking for a FOH person to join our ever growing team, whether it be a bartender, waiter or all rounder.
Faber is a 2 AA Rosette, British, coastal inspired restaurant in the heart of West London.
We have a strong focus on fresh, creative cooking and personality focussed service.
We require some experience in a premium casual dining room, with an understanding of fast paced, yet detailed and specialised service.
We ask that you're curious, passionate and fanatical.
The restaurant is centred in using the finest seafood caught on the British coastline in order to create a unique and beautiful dining experience. The recently renovated building has made a statement in the Hammersmith restaurant scene.
We have already won 2 AA rosettes, 3 stars with the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and a number of other awards.

We are an independent business with a small, but experienced team who have been working together for a long time. So you will have lots of support and experience surrounding you.
Our focus is on serving the best fish & shellfish that we can source from our suppliers across Britain.
This means that we can always have a fresh and seasonal menu that is constantly changing, but never too big.

Responsibilities
You will be working with the GM & AM on a day to day basis. No one works more than 35 hours. We want you to be fresh and look forward to coming to work. The successful applicant will;
- Have previous FOH experience in a busy, food led environment
- An understanding of premium dining; the details and standards that come with it
- Some wine knowledge, particularly of British wines would be a bonus
- Have the ability to deliver high standards consistently
- Have great communication and organisation skills, both with your fellow team members and our guests
- Be able to listen to instruction and use initiative
- Have the ability to closely work with the boh team
- Have high standards of health and hygiene
- Be a great team player
