Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our caring team at Tamba Day Nursery in GB. In this vital role, you will support the management team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and ensuring the well-being of our young learners. Your contribution will help foster a nurturing environment aligned with our values of respect and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in overseeing daily nursery operations.
- Support staff in delivering engaging and educational activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to planning and implementing curriculum activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Support staff development and training initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements for nurseries.
- Passionate about child development and education.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education (e.g., Level 3 or higher).
- Ability to support staff training and development.
