Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and update customer records using Microsoft Office and other software platforms
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing orders through relevant software platforms.
- Provide support for scheduling appointments and coordinating servicing.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), other software platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
- Demonstrable experience in handling customer service request with professional phone manner.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous clerical, service industry experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
