Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
- Take accurate orders for drinks and food, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Serve beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol licensing regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and front-of-house spaces
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Good basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours
