Job Description:
- Review Preparation: Prepare documentation for client review meetings, including portfolio valuations.
- Client Service: Build and nurture strong client relationships, responding to enquiries and providing valuable support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including all compliance-related documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities and documents meet regulatory and legislative standards to support firm-wide compliance.
- Paperwork: Process client review and new business applications within set timescales, whilst managing client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and paraplanning team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an administrative role (or similar) within a busy IFA office, using a variety of investment platforms and IT systems to administer the financial planning process.
- Technical Skills: A commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to developing and applying new skills. A basic knowledge of financial products would be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with clients, providers and third parties
. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in all aspects of the role, including multitasking and time management.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: High level of competency using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
