Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge?
At Chalk Healthcare, we’re growing and looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
We specialise in connecting talented healthcare professionals with organisations where they can make a real difference. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own desk, win new business, manage client relationships and drive your own success with the support of our dedicated Resourcing Team.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your desk, focusing on business development, client management and placements across temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment.
Our Resourcing Team will support you with candidate sourcing and engagement, allowing you to focus on what you do best, winning business, building relationships and making placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and growing existing client accounts.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing your own recruitment desk and pipeline.
- Working closely with our Resourcing Team to fill vacancies.
- Managing candidates through the recruitment and placement process.
- Meeting and exceeding individual revenue, placement and activity targets.
- Identifying opportunities to grow your desk and generate repeat business.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and safeguarding.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record in business development and sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven, commercially focused mindset.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Confidence, resilience and a proactive approach.
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to build a successful career.
