Solar Installer – EMF Renewables (Worcester WR3)
Location: Must live near Astwood Road
Pay: Dependant on Experience and Qualifications, rising with progression
Hours: Some early starts, some long days, occasional working away (all expenses covered), occasional weekends
EMF Renewables is looking for a reliable Labourer to support our installation teams on domestic and commercial sites.
Role overview
- Use mounting kit reports and bill of materials to count off deliveries and load materials to roof, using lifting equipment if available
- Follow mounting kit design reports to install mounting kit to manufacturers guidelines
- Follow string diagram to install DC cables and optimisers, cable management of system before panels are installed
- Load and install solar panels to roof using lifting equipment and some manual handling
- Assist electrical team if required
- Outdoor work in all weather, Some early starts, late finishes, and nights away
- Food, travel, and accommodation paid when working away
What we need
- Based near Astwood Road, Worcester
-Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good attitude, punctual, willing to learn
- Able to work safely at height and use initiative
- Clean driving license and Clean criminal record for DBS checks
