We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Theatre Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant theatre venue. Responsibilities
- Oversee all theatre operations, including ticketing, concessions, and audience services, ensuring seamless delivery of guest experiences
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers, providing training, support, and performance feedback to uphold service excellence
- Manage daily schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency during performances and events
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in all areas of the theatre in compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper functioning of lighting, sound, and stage equipment for each production
- Monitor financial transactions related to ticket sales and concessions while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within hospitality or entertainment venues with a focus on guest services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, vendors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to theatre operations
