Key Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy & Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact, building long-term relationships by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored, empathetic support.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and within agreed-upon timelines.
- Clear Communication: Translate complex policy details, coverage terms, and claims processes into clear, accessible information for clients, setting realistic expectations from the outset.
- Proactive Engagement: Keep clients fully informed throughout the lifecycle of their policy, application, or claim. Anticipate potential roadblocks to prevent issues before they arise and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Technical Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback within our customer management system to ensure data integrity.
- Product Expertise: Provide accurate, high-quality guidance regarding our insurance products and services, ensuring clients feel confident in their coverage choices.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the Client Services Manager to resolve complaints or complex queries swiftly, ensuring the highest standards of professional integrity are maintained.
- Operational Partnership: Act as a vital link between our clients and insurers, ensuring seamless information flow and fostering a collaborative environment that benefits all parties.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in general insurance, ideally within a broking or underwriting capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT literacy with hands-on experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data entry.
- Foundation Skills: A high standard of numeracy and literacy, with a sharp eye for detail.

- Service & Sales Excellence: A proven track record in customer service or sales, with the ability to build rapport and handle complex negotiations with confidence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, delivered in a professional and approachable manner.
