Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £45k package
My client is a leading local independent Estate Agent, recognised for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive, results-driven approach to property sales. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with their clients and providing a professional, personable experience at every stage of the property journey. They are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 Year of estate agency experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting and generating property viewings and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Booking viewings and market appraisals
- Maintaining and managing a database of applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Generating Referrals
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes
- Generating valuation opportunities and supporting the instruction process
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to overall business objectives
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience in Estate Agency (Sales) (Strongly Preferred – less experience may be considered depending on the candidate)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
