We are an established property management group looking to partner with a self-employed multi-trade operative or independent repair team for ongoing void prep and property maintenance across our portfolio.
This is a true CIS sub-contract relationship—ideal for a sole trader looking to secure consistent local work orders around their existing jobs.
What the Scope Involves:
- Turning over vacant residential units to a clean, lettable condition.
- Interior painting, plaster patching, and general decorative maintenance.
- Basic plumbing fixtures (replacing taps, fitting new traps, silicone sealing).
- Light joinery (fitting locks, adjusting internal doors, kitchen hardware repairs).
- Clearance of leftover tenant debris or light refuse prior to handover.
Contractor Requirements:
- Established sole trader or partnership with active CIS registration.
- Valid Public Liability Insurance (proof needed prior to work assignment).
- Fully equipped with personal trade tools, commercial vehicle, and UK driving licence.
- Responsible for submitting digital invoices upon job sign-off.
Rates & Terms:
We offer competitive, pre-agreed daily rates or fixed per-unit pricing depending on the scope of the void. Invoices are paid promptly upon completed inspection.
Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
