What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a talented Line Chef to join our expanding team. Working under our Head Chef & Sous Chef, we need passionate individuals with high standards, attention to detail, who thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to help with creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Weekend availability essential.
The Role Involves...
- Prepare & present food to a high standard to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper food practices are followed, with safe storage, handling & sanitisation practices are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with EHO and H&S regulations
- Work well within the team to create a positive and productive work culture

Qualifications...
- Level 2 in Food Hygiene
- Previous professional kitchen or culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mirfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Chef / Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
Starting ASAP for 6 months on a temporary contract we may extend the contract a further few months or make the contract to a permanent contract.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
