Summary
Mount Carmel RC High School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Alternative Provision Leader who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of classroom practice and behaviour management, and the ability to build positive relationships that motivate and engage pupils.
The role will be central to providing stability, continuity and support, ensuring the effective implementation of the school's behaviour policy and helping pupils make positive progress when they are not in class.

Essential Qualifications
- GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Essential Experience
- Experience of working with children
- Experience of administrative work

- Experience of working with children in a relevant classroom environment
