We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Barista to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and café area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Help serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Support the team in restocking supplies and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to helping others within the team and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
