General Builder Required
Kent & Sussex Home Improvements Ltd is looking for an experienced full-time General Builder to join our busy and growing team, carrying out building, remedial and aftercare work for our existing customers.
We offer:
- Generous day rate or price work (dependent on experience)
- Guaranteed Monday-Friday work

- Company van available for the right applicant (or use your own van if preferred)
The successful applicant should be experienced in a range of general building works, including:
- Bricklaying, brickwork repairs and brick removal
- Groundworks, footings, foundations, trenches and concrete bases
- Plasterboarding, studwork, battening and plastering
- Rendering, patch repairs and making good following window, door and conservatory installations
- General building repairs and remedial works
Previous experience working within the home improvement industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
We are based in Ashford and cover most of Kent, with the majority of our work located within approximately one hour of our office, including Ashford, Maidstone, Medway and Thanet.
Essential requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Own tools preferred
- Own van beneficial, but not essential
