We are seeking a professional and personable Nail technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty and exceptional customer service. This role offers for you to be the key to make someone feel beautiful and cared for. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a friendly atmosphere for all clients.
Duties
- Perform manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement treatments
- Provide advice on product recommendations and other treatments available in the salon
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised solutions in salon and over the phone
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Ability to use Booking system for admin
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards through continuous professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience for application of nail extensions and using all nail systems such as: Gel polish , BIAB , SNS and Acrylic any other nail qualifications is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping clients feel confident and relaxed
- Be confident in facial waxing such as: Eyebrow tidy, lip was, chin wax etc.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in beauty required
- NVQ Level 3 in beauty and salon experience would be a plus
Any extra qualifications in laser hair removal and lash extensions would be a plus
