Nursing Home in Prestatyn, North Wales, has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to work three days per week.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and good interaction skills, who is a team player, able to work confidently interacting with members of the public, hospitals, surgeries, registration authorities and agencies, and who has the ability to deal tactfully and responsibly with a range of people face to face and over the telephone, responding with professionalism, sensitivity and discretion. Someone with this understanding, knowledge and experience of working relationships would be desirable, but is not essential, as the successful applicant will undergo a comprehensive induction period and training provided where necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to work alongside and communicate with management at all levels of the organisation. You must be organised and able to work under pressure and to deadline, with strong diary management skills and the ability to be punctual and self-motivated. You must be adaptable and able to apply a flexible approach to work and manage and prioritise your own workload. Ideally you will be familiar with working in an office environment, able to provide administrative and organisational support and use and manage a range of Information and Communication Technology effectively, whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Rates of pay are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Daily breaks are paid for, as is 5.6 weeks paid annual leave entitlement pro rata.
