We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care.
Requirements:

- Must be able to work every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
- Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the care environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to drive and transport clients as needed
- Experience in home care and care home settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.60-£27.60 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
