The appointments would be for 27.5 hours per week and would involve working with Key Stage 2 children. The person appointed would also be asked to work as lunchtime supervisors for one hour each day in addition to these hours and that would be paid at Level 1.
Working hours 8.30am - 3.15pm, including lunchtime hours.
A willingness to undertake a first aid qualification is an important requirement for these posts. A contract at Level 2 is dependent on the applicant holding the relevant NVQ 2 qualification or an equivalent, applicants without the qualification would be paid at Level 1.
Some Level 4 hours will be available for an applicant who holds HLTA or equivalent qualification (including QTS).
