As a Passenger Assistant, you will support school children with diverse needs, including those requiring special mobility assistance, ensuring they travel safely and comfortably. Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and moving safely within vehicles or transportation facilities
- Provide support for individuals with mobility challenges.
- Ensure passenger safety by monitoring behaviour and managing challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Maintain clear communication with transportation coordinators.
- Promote a friendly and welcoming environment by engaging positively with the children.
Experience
- Experience in caregiving roles that involve child supervision is advantageous
- Strong communication skills combined with compassion and patience to support diverse passenger needs
This is a term-time only position. Monday - Friday 7-9am and 2.45-4.45pm.
If 5 days is too many we would consider applicants for 3 or 4 days per week.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
