At Space Dental, we're looking for an ambitious Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team at our impressive, state-of-the-art headquarters in Wakefield.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing cosmetic dental groups, helping drive the success of our expanding Gold Card Network by creating, managing and distributing premium marketing materials across the UK.

The Role
You'll take ownership of creating and coordinating all Gold Card marketing assets across our growing network of corporate partners, dental practices and affiliated brands.
From design and production through to supplier management and nationwide distribution, you'll play a key role in ensuring our brand is represented to the highest possible standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing engaging digital and printed marketing materials.
- Creating eye-catching promotional campaigns and point-of-sale displays.
- Managing the production of printed materials, merchandising and promotional assets.
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to achieve exceptional quality and value.
- Coordinating nationwide distribution across partner locations.
- Managing stock levels, inventory and fulfilment requirements.
- Ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Continuously improving the quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency of all marketing assets.
- Supporting the continued growth of the Space Dental Gold Card Network.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding work.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within marketing, graphic design or brand coordination.
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of print production and supplier management.
- Experience managing promotional merchandise or marketing assets.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding organisational and project management abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
- A proactive attitude with plenty of initiative and enthusiasm.
