Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage manager couple to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is a live in job role and is paid on a percentage basis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special dietary requirements or preferences
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Support the team in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, garnishing dishes, and restocking supplies as Operate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods while fostering a friendly and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Experience with serving or bartending, including barista skills, is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic food preparation skills and familiarity with restaurant operations are preferred
- A friendly attitude combined with a proactive approach to customer service will set you apart
