Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, corridors, restrooms, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and kept free from dust, dirt, and stains
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Maintain cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Use specialised cleaning techniques for sensitive areas or equipment when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A proactive approach to health and safety regulations
