The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Apprenticeships to lead and develop our Professional Skills apprenticeship provision, driving performance, quality and commercial success across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of internal quality assurance processes to establish best practice and to achieve operational excellence within sectors.
- To effectively deliver all contractual and commercial obligations.
- Strategically identify and evaluate opportunities for business development.
- Develop and implement regional apprenticeship growth strategies.
- Build strategic employer partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Drive income generation.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Lead contract performance against KPIs.

Qualifications
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Leadership and Management qualification – Desirable.
- Assessor/IQA qualification.
