Job Summary
We are looking Chefs to join our Food & Beverage department. In this role, you will be involved in food preparation and delivery to ensure the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that a high quality and consistent standard of food is produced and served
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Stock Management – Rotating stock on a First In First Out basis, ordering of stock and replenishing of stock levels to ensure 100% menu availability and performing accurate stock counts on a regular basis. Monitor abd control wastage.
- Ensure that all pre-service, mid-service and end of service checks are completed and documented, and work within HACCP, COSHH and HSE regulations.
- Ensure that allergen policies and legislation is strictly adhered to and documented appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high volume environments with strong culinary skills and a passion for excellence in food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary restrictions, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Food Hygiene L2
The positions are initially available until Sunday 1 November 2026.
We offer a range of shifts to suit individual needs, from 07.00 to 22.00, Monday to Sunday. Rates of pay negotiable dependent upon experience.
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
