We are looking for a Cleaning Operative . The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out builders' cleans, showroom cleans and welfare cleaning, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Completing new build and builders' cleans
- Cleaning show homes and sales areas
- Welfare and site office cleaning
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Start: ASAP
- Must have CSCS Card
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and maintain a neat and organized environment
- Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient cleaning operations
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and team members
