Family owned, independent cafe/coffee shop in Croydon
Experience : At least 1 year of barista/hospitality experience preferred.
Beyond that, what matters most is your personality, someone naturally social, warm with families, children, pets and genuinely eager to work with people every day.
We are looking for someone who is:

What you will be doing:
- Making coffee and drinks
- Keeping your station and the cafe clean and dity
- Being part of a close, family-run business
- Organised, clean and reliable
- Eager to learn and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Supervise and coach baristas, setting clear performance and quality goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent service and efficiency
- Handle customer feedback and build strong relationships

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
Experience:
