Job description
We are currently in the process of recruiting Full-Time Field Service Engineers to service and maintain AV and IT equipment in retail units throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be required to cover a range of works including installation of hardware and software. Inspect and diagnose AV and IT equipment, identifying faults and potential problems.
A desire to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team is highly desirable as well as an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 1 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Full Drivers Licence
- Confident manner with excellent operational & organisational skills
- Competent and Punctual
- Ability to troubleshoot low voltage electronics and IT equipment
- Experience with Reporting, Time Sheets and Company Paperwork
- High Standards for Completed works
- Fluent English
- Ability to Work Flexible hours with weekend rotation
Advantageous:
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling (Training Can be arranged)
- Experience in installation of AV/IT Hardware/Software is a distinct advantage
Experience:
- Field Service Engineer: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment as required.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including manual handling and CSCS standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with clients.
- Drive to various locations while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a valid driving license.
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
