Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and talented Animation & Motion Graphics Intern to join our social media team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in animation, digital content creation, and social media marketing within an established business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging animated content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2D animations and motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Produce animated promotional content for products, events, campaigns, and seasonal launches
- Edit and enhance existing video content using animation and motion graphics
- Develop animated text, transitions, and visual effects to increase audience engagement
- Collaborate with the social media team to transform creative ideas into engaging social media content
- Ensure all animations align with the company's brand identity and visual style
- Stay up to date with animation trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative techniques
- Organise and maintain animation project files and creative assets
- Contribute creative ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions
- Support wider marketing initiatives with animated graphics where required
Who are we looking for?
- No prior professional experience required (though desirable); however, a passion for animation and digital content creation is essential
- Experience using animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- A creative eye with strong visual storytelling skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A portfolio or examples of previous animation work are desirable
