Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Lettings Valuer / Manager to join our Urban Base Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to lead property lettings and maximise rental opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property valuations, and overseeing the lettings process from start to finish. A background in administration and multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve a diverse client base.
Uncapped earning through a comission scheme on top of your basic pay.
Area's covered Newcastle and Durham
Duties
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals to determine competitive rental prices
- Manage the entire lettings process, including marketing properties, organising viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee administrative tasks such as tenancy documentation, referencing, and compliance checks
- Lead a team of lettings negotiators, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met
- Develop marketing strategies to promote available properties across various channels
- Organise appointments, schedule viewings, and follow up with prospective tenants
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and correspondence within the agency’s database
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience within estate agency or property management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving a broad client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Experience in property valuation or lettings management is preferred but not essential; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
- Professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service

Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
