The Role: Two Jobs in One
This is a dual role combining factory-based assembly with on-site installation work.
In the Factory, you will:
- Assemble external shading systems from component stage to completion
- Clean, check, and prepare parts for build
- Set up products on production rigs
- Adjust and commission motors, controls, and sensors
- Align mechanisms and prepare finished products for delivery
On Installation, you will:
- Work on residential, commercial, and site projects
- Install and commission products on façades and terraces
- Accurately measure, mount, adjust, and fine-tune installations
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Practical, hands-on mindset with strong DIY skills
- Experience using hand tools and battery-powered drills
- Reliable, detail-focused, and quality-driven
- Physically capable (role involves lifting)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
Based at our factory in Sudbury, Suffolk, with travel across England and Wales.
