Location: Cheltenham, GL50 3QG
Position: Early Years Educator (Level 3 qualification or above)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, year-round (52 weeks)
Salary: £13.85 per hour for Level 3, higher qualifications negotiable
About the Role
St. Gregory's Childcare Trust is seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to join its team. The setting prides itself on providing a warm, friendly environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for children while supporting staff development.
The role involves working with children aged 2 to 11 years across the nursery, pre-school, and kids' clubs, helping to create engaging learning experiences and building strong relationships with children and families.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Development Matters Framework
- Positive, nurturing approach to supporting children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
