Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of multiple properties, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.
Duties:
- Perform various groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, strimming, edging, leaf blowing, hedge cutting
- Carry out weeding, weed spraying and pruning
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete landscaping projects
- Drive the company van
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Proficiency in gardening techniques and care
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Full driving licence
- PA1 & PA6 Spraying Licence - preferred
Price depends on experience and qualifications.
