What will you be doing?
You’ll play a key role in ensuring all SHEQ records, trackers, and documentation are accurate, audit-ready, and securely maintained. You’ll support divisional SHEQ compliance by preparing audits and tracking actions to completion. Day-to-day includes managing certification and accreditation evidence, gathering and validating SHEQ data (from carbon to incident stats), and keeping dashboards and reports up to date for senior leaders. You’ll coordinate activities across programmes, distributing SHEQ communications and updates, organising meetings, and supporting clear, consistent communication. Additionally, you’ll maintain our internal SHEQ pages and platforms, helping drive best practice and engagement across all teams.
What you’ll bring;
You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft systems, including Power Apps, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a passion for systems, data, and digital applications. With strong analytical and organisational skills, you bring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. You’re personable, proactive in engaging stakeholders, and able to handle competing priorities with ease. Your administrative or coordination experience ensures you consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
