Crick Pre-School is an established childcare provider for 2 to 4 year olds with an excellent reputation in the area. It is situated within the Primary School and has a dedicated team of staff and parent committee. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Our aim is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for the children to learn and develop in.
Due to the success of our wrap-around provision we are expanding and looking for flexible, committed people to work in our setting to cover Breakfast and After School Club, for Pre-School and Primary School aged children. Starting date: 3rd September 2026.
If you are looking to brush up on your snooker skills, are a master Lego builder, like a bit of cutting and sticking or you think you can handle refereeing a Breakfast Club football match, then this could be the job for you.
We are keen to hear from anyone interested in working with young children in our busy, friendly setting based in Crick Primary School. We are looking for flexible staff to ideally do regular shifts in our Breakfast Club (7.45am-9am) and After School Club (3-6pm) that run term-time weekdays, and for the right candidate, shifts may be available to cover in Pre-School too.
Your duties would include but are not limited to; supervising the children and participating in general Crick-Wrap duties e.g. setting up, preparing simple breakfasts and after school snacks, and some cleaning duties.
You do not need to have a childcare qualification, but you will preferably have experience of working with children. If you hold an up-to-date First Aid qualification and/or Food Hygiene certificate that would be advantageous. However, training and support will be provided for this role. It is essential that the candidates can maintain confidentiality and respect children’s individual needs.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
