About us
Simple Heating Services Ltd provide free heating and insulation upgrades to homes for people who qualify for the government ECO4 grant. We aim to reduces the carbon footprint produced in peoples homes, and most importantly, reduce your energy bill.
Your role will include:
- Working with Retrofit Coordinator to plan all installs
- You will be explaining to the customer the following details:
- What is being fitted? (Boiler, Cavity wall insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, Renewables etc)
- Checking EPR’s and associated data
- Working to specific targets and submission deadlines
- Using ECO Surv system
- Logging work on diary management system
- Complaints management
To be successful in this role, you must be methodical and organised to your working approach. You will be working very closely with multiple department. This will require you to have great verbal and written communication skills. You will be communicating to customers on a daily basis discussing plans and resolving any issues they may have.
The experience required for this role is as follows:
- Experienced in booking work with engineers and customers
- ECO experience is a must
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Must be computer literate
