This job is for someone seeking long term settled employment with the same company.
We are currently seeking a Window cleaner / Driver. You must therefore have a clean driving record.
The job is somewhat physically demanding, so you must enjoy being active, and expect to need to work to a reasonably fast pace.
You will be interacting with customers, so must be clean and presentable with a friendly persona.
You will be working alone in your own van, so must be happy spending time alone and just getting on with the job at hand.
General description
You will be using water fed poles to clean windows on residential windows, and driving from job to job throughout the day.
We are a small but well established company since 2010, and are based in Bloxwich, Walsall. You will be joining a team of 3 workers who work from modern vans and use modern equipment.
As a small business, standards are important, along with someone who is well presented and prepared to work reasonably hard, likewise in return the right person who performs as such should find he is treated well and valued by management and customers alike.
The right candidate will need to be?
- You must be a settled person looking for long term settled employment with the same company, not just looking for temporary or casual work
- You must be content working alone for long periods and be able to work using your own initiative
- This is a physical job so you must be reasonably fit and enjoy being active, and expect to be required to work to a reasonably fast pace
- You must take some pride in your work and have a good eye for details
- You must be content working outdoors in all weather conditions
- You must appear presentable and have a friendly persona to interact with customers
- You will need to be trustworthy.
Hours + Pay
£13.03 per hour - 35 hours per week.
You will start the day at the company base to fill up the tank of a morning at 7.30am, before moving on to the job list for the day, and working an 7-hour shift, finishing on the last job.

- A company vehicle will be provided for work related use only. You therefore must have a clean driving license. You must also have suitable parking arrangements at home as you will need to take the van home with you. - All van / fuel expenses are paid for by the company.

Location
The company is based in Bloxwich, Walsall. Obviously by the jobs nature it requires you to carry out the work in multiple locations.
Skills and Experience
Although having window cleaning experience would be beneficial, this is not required, as full training will be provided.
