Job Description
AM Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Planning Specialist to support strategic workforce planning and resource optimisation across the organisation. You will analyse staffing trends, forecast workforce requirements, and collaborate with business leaders to ensure the right talent is available to meet operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workforce plans based on business goals and operational forecasts.
- Analyse staffing data, capacity, and workforce performance metrics.
- Partner with HR and department managers to support recruitment and resource planning.
- Prepare workforce reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor workforce requirements and support organisational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, resource planning, or business operations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with HRIS or workforce management systems is desirable.

Pay: £3,300.00-£4,800.00 per month
