Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and trackers using Excel and Word.
- Contacting potential new clients.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and document management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Excel and Word is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
