In this role, you will be the first point of contact at entry points, responsible for maintaining safety protocols, monitoring premises, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold the highest standards of security and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage access control on city centre pubs/clubs by verifying identification.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including providing first aid if required.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security checks through comprehensive reporting.
- Enforce venue policies with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive environment for guests.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards proactively.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license as a Door Supervisor or equivalent certification.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with confidence.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including basic first aid certification.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in recording incidents and maintaining logs accurately.
