We have an exciting Support Worker opportunity available with Integrated Staffing Ltd.
Location: CA13
Duration: Temporary ongoing role (regular shifts available for suitable candidates)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + bi-weekly pay
Support Worker Role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to support a care service in the CA13 area. The service is looking for reliable, consistent Support Workers who can commit to regular shifts and provide high-quality care and support to residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support as a Support Worker
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Delivering compassionate support and promoting wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Working effectively as part of the care team as a Support Worker
- Supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care role preferred
- Reliable and able to work regular shifts
- Local to CA13 or able to travel within 30 minutes of the service
- Mandatory training completed
- Face-to-face Moving and Handling required
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS registered on the Update Service preferred
