Groundworks / GI Supervisor Required
Location: HU18
Rate: £28 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks / Ground Investigation (GI) Supervisor to work on National Grid sites.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up compounds and managing GI works for Structural Soils projects. Duties will include overseeing:
- 360 machines excavating trial holes
- Drill rigs carrying out drilling works up to 30m deep
- Day-to-day site operations and safety compliance
- Coordination of site activities and workforce
This role requires someone reliable, trustworthy and experienced within GI and civil engineering environments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within Civil Engineering / Ground Investigation
- Strong understanding of GI works and site operations
- Gold CSCS Card
- Ability to manage plant and drilling activities safely and efficiently
- Must have own transport (hybrid working role)
