Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN Preferred)
Salary: £23 per hour
Hours: 40–48 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a growing care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional with strong leadership experience who is looking to make a real impact within a supportive team.
The successful candidate will have recent nursing home experience, along with proven experience working as a Deputy Manager. You will be clinically focused, hands-on, and confident supporting the day-to-day running of the service while maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Home Manager with the effective running of the service
- Providing strong clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
- Maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and governance
- Supporting staff development and ensuring best practices are followed
- Working a minimum of two shifts per week on the floor to lead by example
- Supporting the team by covering shifts when required, including weekends and occasional night visits
About You:
- RGN qualification preferred
- Recent nursing home experience essential
- Previous Deputy Manager experience essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A reliable and hands-on approach with a passion for quality care
- Good stability and longevity within previous roles
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Limited recent agency/bank work history
