We are one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of bespoke plantation shutters, working exclusively with trade professionals across the UK.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Area Sales Manager to develop and manage trade accounts throughout the South West region.
This is a strictly Trade-focused role — no retail sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Generating new trade business opportunities
Building relationships with interior designers, developers, builders & architects
Managing and growing existing trade accounts
Conducting client meetings and product presentations
Supporting clients throughout the ordering process
Working closely with production & logistics teams
Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable managing your own diary and territory
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience within shutters, blinds, interiors or construction
- Existing trade network
- Manufacturing or supplier background
