Job Overview
We are looking for a part time sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working remotely, will need a car with full uk drivers licence and a laptop/computer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property and meeting clients. Minimum wage plus bonuses and expenses. Working days are Mondays 12-5 every week and one in every two Saturdays 9-3.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to book valuations, viewings and mortgage leads.
- Match properties to prospective buyers.
- Carry out assisted viewings.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Make outbound calls to existing applicants to generate new leads.
- Refer leads to mortgage brokers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated to achieve bonuses.
- Ability to work independently.
- No previous experience is required.
