We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team , helping maintain high standards of cleanliness in Parc Bryn Bach.
This is a key frontline role where your work directly contributes to creating safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environments for visitors, staff, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas, including toilets, changing rooms, offices, and public spaces

Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing
- Clean surfaces, fixtures, windows, and high-touch areas

Empty bins and manage waste and recycling safely

Replenish cleaning supplies and monitor stock levels
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with COSHH and Health & Safety requirements

Report maintenance issues, hazards, or defects promptly

Assist with room setups, events, and deep cleans when required
Work flexibly, including weekends and varied shifts, to support site operations

This role is offered on an annualised hours basis, meaning your total contracted hours are calculated over the year rather than set each week.

Working hours will vary in line with seasonal demand

Peak periods (e.g. spring/summer, events) will require more hours

Quieter periods will involve fewer working hours

Flexibility is essential, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
This arrangement supports the operational needs of our busy parks and events programme.
